Beth Orton reminds me of being a teenager on a dark bus, Chicago-bound. Now, also, being sleepy & happy in the mountains, learning interesting new facts like the right way to put on mascara, the wrong way to lead a workshop, & how roaming isn’t a thing anymore. It’s a good thing I’m not here for writing or some bullshit.
